• Visual Verification Alarm Response

  RMS is now offering visual verification to its keyholding service.  The system allows the response officer to instantly dial into a camera located within the clients premises to hear and see what is happening after an alarm in activated.  The new system provides an instant response to alarm activations.

• RMS To Use Pedal Power

  RMS is to introduce push bikes for security officers to patrol on at some of their locations in Cork.  The idea is to promote a green, healthy and cost effective solution to mobile patrols.  The bikes will be used in areas where the officer has a large area to patrol such a business parks.

RMS has a fleet of dedicated security vans that operate every hour of every day. Our skilled response officers are trained to deal with dangerous situations that may occur when an alarm is activated. RMS use visual verification technology in all its mobile vehicles. In the event of alarm activation on our clients premises, RMS can dial into their premises via the RMS Domo camera systems and immediately see and listen to any potential intrusion on site.

Our emergency response drivers on receiving an alarm activation will call to clients premises and will carry out a full patrol to ensure that no intrusion has occurred. The emergency response drivers are backed up by a monitoring centre which has the IS:228 certification.

RMS Mobile division carry out mobile patrols on clients premises. These patrols are carried out at varied times to ensure that premises are secure from intrusion, fire and flooding. All patrols are electronically recorded and weekly management reports confirming these services are provided to the client.
